Fondriest Road Bikes

Fondriest Road Bikes

Fondriest TF4 : Shimano 105 group set, 2x11 sp, compact gearing.
All riders will fall in love with the TF4, the last creation of the Fondriest laboratories, which will be talked about a lot for its top performance technological equipment and attractive design conceived by Maurizio Fondriest for all those who always want to obtain top performance from themselves and their bikes. The TF4 builds on the experience gained from TF2 1.0 and TF3 1.2 and shares both their rationale and most of their technical contents, from high modulus UD carbon fibre to Reflex Fork.Making a step forward: the choice to use Dual Pivot Direct brakes. These brakes, which are usually mounted on top-of-the-line models, deliver a more effective braking effect than standard brakes.
Like most models of this collection, the TF4 can be equipped with both manual gear shifts and electronic devices.
The brand new TF4 is the ideal bike for those who like races, but so far have only been “dreaming” about aluminium.
They will soon discover that speed is within everyone’s reach… and you get used to it in a blink of an eye!  (description Courtesy of Fondriest Bikes)
The Best of Tuscany and Umbria

The Best of Tuscany and Umbria

This ten-day tour is a true full immersion into two beautiful regions that are considered among the greatest places for bicycling vacations. You will see the very best of Central Tuscany and Umbria. These two regions are in themselves historically, culturally and climatically different.
Tuscany is known for its hamlets and hill towns, terracotta rooftops, swaying cypress and golden valleys, as well as being the birthplace of the Italian Language, the Renaissance, and the cradle of Italian art. It was a land of wars between hundreds of its towns and villages.
The holy Umbria was a land of peace historically bound to the Church State. It is the land of St. Francis and it is the “Green Heart” of Italy - with its green fields, plains, forests and meadows of the Apennine Mountains. It is known not only for its precious liquid, olive oil, but also for its white and pink Umbrian limestone that was used to build many of its medieval villages.
